practical thoughts on mindful living

I started this blog as a fun way to tell stories, share things that I learn, and perhaps even inspire you. I find pleasure in mindfulness, exploring the earth’s adventures, and building a meaningful and memorable life. Here, I’ll share my learnings, my failures, and my breakthroughs. Maybe you’ll find those valuable or entertaining. Maybe you won’t. I don’t know. You should probably at least read and find out.

I’m not here to tell you what to think but, rather, to give you something to think about.

Tell me all that may cometh to mind. I’d be honored to hear from you. Unless you hate my stories. Then I’d probably find it to be less of an honor.
